Grow your own vegetables, one small step at a time

If you don't have the time or space for extensive gardening, growing your own vegetables can still be easy. The SproutPlan team knows how to manage garden plans to make the most of your backyard.

Simply provide your location and how much space you have, and the type of food you want to grow. Based on your input, SproutPlan creates an easy-to-follow, detailed garden plan that includes a layout and tells you what you need to do to manage your plan over the course of a week.

A plan that fits your backyard and your schedule

You can set up your garden plan using the space you have that is most convenient to you, even if it is not the traditional rectangular bed.

You will receive notifications about your plants to help you with maintenance. The notifications also include information about the proper way to perform a task to help you learn more about gardening.

Make space for what really matters. We don't always get things right the first time. You are still learning which vegetables grow best where you live. You are also learning which ones your family likes most. Change your plan as you learn.

Maybe your lettuce grows and your carrots don't, but that's okay. You may discover that spending a few minutes outside after work is the best part of your day. Whatever it is you're doing, SproutPlan helps you by breaking it into easy to accomplish steps.

No huge, complicated plans. No planting guides that you have to figure out. Just a simple way to get your family's first veggies straight from the garden.

You've got a backyard and veggie seeds. Why not?

Get your free garden plan and discover what you can grow. You can play around with your plan before you buy anything, or start when you are ready. You don't even need to enter a ton of info. Just a little plan and some will go a long way.

Grow your own vegetables, one little step at a time The best part about growing your own food is that it doesn't take a lot of space, a gardener's knowledge, or a mountain of gardening literature to produce some tasty treats. SproutPlan allows you to transform a small, sunny portion of your property into an easy-to-manage vegetable garden. Where are you? How big is your yard or patio? What would you like to grow? SproutPlan creates a custom garden plan based upon the types of produce that will thrive in your climate, creates an easy-to-read diagram, and provides a weekly schedule of tasks. With SproutPlan, you don't have to guess at when to plant, when to water, or what task is next. A Garden Design That Fits Your Lifestyle When you begin, use what is available to you. For example, a small area of garden, a couple of planters, or a strip of land next to a fence can provide ample opportunity. Keep on top of your garden's needs through the use of friendly reminders that will assist you in remembering to water, plant, and harvest, even during times when you may be extremely occupied. As you develop, learn; clearly stated instructions for every activity will allow you to gain confidence in yourself, as well as the ability to produce tomatoes. You should make space for the things that are important. Select the vegetables that you believe your family will like and then alter the way you do business when you realize how to make things better. It is not necessary for you to be successful during your first year. Perhaps the lettuce will do well and the carrots will amaze you. You may also find that five minutes in your garden after coming home from work is what you look forward to most each day. SproutPlan is here to help you get started with reasonable goals and continue to work on them one achievable step at a time. No big spreadsheets. No questioning if it was the right time to plant. A logical way to go from nothing in the soil to your initial home-grown crop. Ready to find out how much food you can produce right in your own backyard? With our free garden planner, you can begin the process of growing fresh produce in your yard. Before you purchase any seeds or dig up the soil, you will have the opportunity to view your garden plan; once you are satisfied with your plan, you may begin. To get started on creating your garden, you just need to provide some basic information and be curious about what you would like to grow.
Both tools were given the same 310-word input.

Benchmark results

WriteHuman ranked #1. Humbot finished 13th.

HumanizerBench is a public monthly benchmark of AI humanizers. It pays for every tool, runs each one by hand on the same prompts, and publishes its inputs, outputs, and detector scores so the results can be checked. The October 2026 cycle ran 420 tests across fourteen humanizers and six AI detectors, with Pangram's newest model joining the panel, and scored every output on the average of all six verdicts, so a tool has to get past all of them to score well.

WriteHuman finished first for the fourth cycle in a row, scoring 74.89 to Humbot's 61.74, tested on its entry-level Basic plan. The benchmark also deducts points for quality problems in the output. Humbot lost 10 points and finished 13th of 14. WriteHuman lost none. Across the full detector panel, WriteHuman's AI-detector pass rate was 88.8% to Humbot's 71.4%.

Detector results

Ahead on five of six AI detectors, led by GPTZero

WriteHuman beat Humbot on five of the six AI detectors in the October 2026 cycle. The clearest split was GPTZero, one of the detectors readers and platforms reach for first: WriteHuman posted a 99.5% pass rate, the highest of any tool in the field, against Humbot's 65.6%.

WriteHuman also posted 100.0% pass rates on Originality.ai and Winston AI, the top marks in the field on both, against Humbot's 94.0% and 98.1%, and led on ZeroGPT, 89.5% to 77.3%. WriteHuman's built-in AI detector is tuned to closely match GPTZero, Originality.ai, ZeroGPT, and Winston AI, and it sits in the same view as the humanizer, so you can check roughly where a passage will land before you publish it.

3

Content types

Ahead on blog, news, marketing, and discussion content

A humanizer is only as useful as its weakest content type. In the October 2026 cycle WriteHuman led Humbot on all four formats in the comparison above. The widest gap was discussion posts, 93.2% to 62.3%, followed by marketing copy (88.2% versus 67.9%), news articles (99.2% versus 79.1%), and blog posts (84.7% versus 76.5%).

That is what lets you trust the tool on whatever you paste in next, instead of getting a strong result on one kind of text and a weak one on another.
